Anise and sesame, or as my grandmother would say, “matalahúga” and “ajonjolí”... Time stands still when you enjoy their flavor.

Inés Rosales's Olive Oil Torta are a traditional product of Seville. Just like in the old days, the tortas are still made by hand, one by one, ensuring a unique texture that is light, crunchy, and flaky.



INGREDIENTS: unbleached wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil (24%), sugar, sesame seeds (1,6%), yeast, cinnamon (0,4%), sea salt and natural cinnamon essence.
